The AI Habit / Teams

Your team has AI licences.
This builds the habit.

Ninety days of 15-minute daily workouts on your team's real work, plus a coach that reviews their actual prompts, outputs, and workflows — with scores blunt enough to change behaviour. No webinars. No learning portal nobody opens. No sales calls, including from us.

1. Buy a pack On a card, in two minutes. VAT invoice lands automatically. One-off payment — packs, not subscriptions.
2. Share one code Your team code arrives by email. Each person redeems a seat at signup and starts the next weekday morning.
3. Watch it move The team dashboard shows seats claimed, reps done, streaks alive, and how the scores are trending.

What every seat gets

Packs

Priced so a team lead can expense the pilot without a procurement meeting. Every pack is one-off — if it works, you buy the next one; if it does not, you are not in a contract.

Pilot Pack

£395 5 seats · £79 a seat

The prove-it pack. Five people, ninety days, one team code. Fits most card limits without approval.

Squad Pack

£1,495 25 seats · £59 a seat

Department scale, still self-serve. If you need more than 25 seats, buy multiple packs — codes per team work better anyway.

Not the budget holder? You are the more important person: the champion. The champion kit gives you a live scorecard of your colleagues' AI scores, a ready-to-send business case, and the ROI maths — everything needed to sell this inward in one meeting.

The questions procurement asks

Is there an invoice?
Yes — Stripe issues a VAT invoice automatically at checkout, addressed to the billing details you enter. Need a different format or a PO reference on it? Reply to the receipt email and it gets sorted.
Is this a subscription?
No. Packs are one-off payments. There is nothing to cancel, and nothing renews without a human deciding to buy again.
What happens to our people's work?
Coach submissions are stored to power each person's review history and the anonymised team stats, and are never shared outside your team or used for advertising. The signup page tells everyone plainly: do not paste anything you would not put in a work chat.
What does the dashboard show managers?
Aggregates only: seats claimed, total reps, streaks alive, and the team's average best score once at least three people have one. No individual scores, no surveillance. The habit survives because nobody is being graded in front of their boss.
What if seats go unused?
The dashboard shows exactly how many seats are claimed, and the same code works until the seats are gone — there is no deadline. Unused seats are visible, which tends to fix itself.
Who is behind it?
Harry Sharman — The AI Habit is the productised version of the daily practice method, with the curriculum, coach, and voice built as one thing. Questions: aihabit@harrysharman.com.
