Here's the bit that matters. For years, AI transformation work has mostly meant consultants selling a vision, then scrambling to figure out the technical detail afterwards. Certifying people properly at scale is IBM embedding that expertise, not just access to a chatbot, is what clients will actually pay for, which, if it works, changes the shape of consulting more than any single model release does.
